Junioren des Handwerks ' aims:We, the juniors of the German craftsman like to add a contribution to strengthen operational, economical, cultural and political aims. We the federal association of the craftsman are a consortium of the federal states with their local associations. The procreation organisation of young craft entrepeneurs, master craftsman and managers in the handcraft at the age of 25 to 40 years. We want to form and strengthen the future of handcraft. Our advance is the overall cooperation. Good contacts, exchange of ideas and thoughts, social activities and concentration of values and objects are part of our shared work. We the Junioren des Handwerks focus there, where others quit. We are a bridge in the craft SME´s an try to influence with young entrepeneurial ideas. Not only in the personal field of responsibility or comany but also in collective handcraft associatons and the teamwork with craftsman, SME and polititcal organisations. Succeed together means to start a lively dialog via job qualification in seminars, lectures and discussions. We are certain that competence is the future. We offer knowledge through advanced training in judical questions, in operational and communicational areas. Further on in the political work, thus we support the selfhood.
